The CHI Health and Social Change Academy (HSCA) is at the forefront of transforming healthcare in Singapore. HSCA is developing the leadership and technical capabilities needed to shift the focus of care from hospitals to the community. By empowering residents and building new understanding and capabilities in our care teams, the academy supports NHG’s vision for healthier, more resilient communities.
