About CHI Academies

At the care level, the CHI Value Academy (VA) aims to accelerate the shift in healthcare from cost-based to value-based accounting. It drives value creation through equipping healthcare providers with the principles and toolkits of value-based care: relating to clinical service and programmes as well as value-based payment models that incentivise effective and integrated care.

At the systems level, the CHI Health and Social Change Academy (HSCA) aims to accelerate the shift in healthcare from curative to preventive models of care, and supports NHG’s vision of building healthier, more resilient populations by focusing on equipping leaders and care teams with the skills to shift care from hospitals to the community.

At the ecosystem level, the CHI Sustainability Academy (SA) aims to accelerate the shift to a circular healthcare economy, enhancing the resilience and reliability of the system. It builds capability for stakeholders to effect change and impact via delivering healthcare in a more eco-friendly way, reducing carbon emissions towards the collective global effort in achieving net zero by 2050.
