The CHI Leadership and Organisation Development (LOD) Office builds people and leadership to respond with agility to lead change and transform – enabling communities in the healthcare and social care sectors at the national level to add years of healthy life for the populations we serve. We focus efforts on creating our impact and driving outcomes towards achieving population health, healthcare sustainability and value healthcare with these communities and systems.
In support of CHI’s strategic priorities, LOD Office’s efforts are focused in these areas:

Enable Systems Change through Alignment, Activation & Agency: We work with communities and systems to strive and thrive in uncertain and complex conditions, achieving system excellence and system health, achieving best value in healthcare for patients and populations.

Equip Leadership For Change through Collective Leadership Enculturation, Building Change Leaders & Leadership Pipeline Development: We build trusting relationships with leaders and among leaders to build a collective leadership culture, build change leadership capabilities and grow our leadership pipeline, achieving sustainable growth in healthcare.

Build OD Capabilities to Lead Change: We build organisation development (OD) capabilities in people and leaders to lead change; mobilise and organize others for change, creating value through grand challenges such as to add 15million years of healthy life to the population of Central & North Singapore.
