About the NHG Health Coordinating Party (CP) Scheme
Grant Call for CP Scheme is currently closed.
Supported by MOH Health Innovation (MHI) Fund 2.0, the Coordinating Party (CP) Scheme aims to provide holistic support for innovation towards adoption and scale of:
Cross-institution (within NHG Health) POC / POV projects
Cross-cluster POV projects
Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) has been appointed by MOH as the CP for NHG Health.

Project Requirements
Well defined unmet healthcare need.
Addresses national/NHG priorities on e.g. Ageing, Population Health, Mental Health etc.
Clear deployment and development strategy/roadmap.
Fair market assessment of technology/solution conducted beforehand.
Solution must (or in queue to be prioritized) in the institutions’ IT/business workplan.
If applicable and necessary for implementation and scaling, solution must have received regulatory approval, registered or licensed.
Potential to result in reduced healthcare costs, improved clinical outcome and eventual adoption by the healthcare system.
Has obtained interest for cross institution / cluster deployment
Types of Projects Supported
Innovation Types (Non-Exhaustive):
a) Sensors and Wearables (S&W)
Innovation that uses S&W. For primary care applications, we are hoping to dramatically (10x) the number of residents an individual doctor can look after.
b) Artificial Intelligence (AI)
National-level innovative AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and/or user satisfaction per use case.
c) Robotics and Automation (R&A)
Innovations that employ assistive and robotics solutions in back and front room operations.
d) Digital Solutions (DS)
Innovations that use technology-based tools, systems, or services.
Innovation Focus Areas: The innovative projects should focus on product and/or process innovations that addresses business, workforce, or organizational transformational needs in the healthcare sector:
Product Innovation
refers to the introduction of good or service that is new or significantly improved with respect to its characteristics or intended uses.
Process Innovation
refers to the implementation of a new of significantly improved delivery method, with / without innovative technology, to improve core processes and operational efficiencies to reach intended productivity goals.
Business Transformation
refers to transforming the way we serve the population and patients as One Healthcare. This includes operation models, service models, business process re-engineering and digitalization.
Workforce Transformation
refers to transforming our workforce so as to be productive, sustainable and future-ready. This includes workforce restructuring, capability building, jobs redesign, productivity and building a strong local core.
Organizational transformation
refers to transforming the internal design and workings of agencies so that they remain healthy, effective and future-ready. This includes leadership & culture, organizational structure, organizational systems & processes, management and people practices and workspaces.

For projects involving a tri-cluster collaboration, the proposal will be reviewed and supported by NHIC. Submission will be through CHI CP Secretariat at: CHI.Grants.Mgmt.Office@nhghealth.com.sg (opens in new tab). Current grant call for Project Type #3 is closed.
Submission and Award
Project Lead is to submit your completed application form for Project Type #1 and Type #2 to the CP Secretariat at: CHI.Grants.Mgmt.Office@nhghealth.com.sg (opens in new tab). You do not need to obtain CEOs endorsement before submission.
CHI will facilitate obtaining endorsements from the respective NHG Health institutions CEOs after receiving your completed application form.
For applications involving institutions from other clusters, the Project Lead must seek CEOs endorsements from those institutions independently.
The review process will take approximately 4 months. During this time, applicants may be approached via email to furnish any further clarifications, present your proposals, and participate in Q&A sessions with the Review Panel.
Award results will be announced via email by Sept 2026.
Project duration should commence within FY2026, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
