CHI Fellowship in Healthcare Innovation and Leadership
The CHI Fellowship in Healthcare Innovation and Leadership Program ( a part-time program) aims to groom emerging systems leaders and innovators who are in a position to transform healthcare. The curriculum is framed by the concept of CHI’s Innovation Cycle, which encompasses care model design, tech/IT incorporation, and job re-design.
It is both practice- and project-based and features professional development, personalized mentorship, peer and experiential co-learning, alongside immersions into innovative healthcare systems and companies in Singapore and internationally.
Participants will engage with thought leaders and work with experienced practitioners and their peers to develop their projects. Above all, this Fellowship provides an opportunity for them to establish a network with fellow collaborators in the industry.

Programme Details
Programme Duration: September to January in the following year
Total commitment: Approximately 200 hours (combination of live and virtual classrooms and visits)
Core phase (Sep-Nov): Approximately 3 hours per working day
Intensive weeks: Two full-time weeks (1 week in Singapore, 1 week overseas) from 9am-5pm
Post-core phase: Reduced intensity with classes and presentations scheduled more intermittently, ensuring minimal disruption to participants’ regular work responsibilities (BAU)
Participant Eligibility
Identified as an emerging department/division/service leader in systems innovation with support by their HOD or manager
Welcome all Family Groups including Administration / Ops leaders
Preferably middle manager & above with at least 4 years of working experience in the healthcare industry.
Must “bring a new project” and endorsed by his/her supervisor to be developed in the fellowship programme.
